The color-coated steel sheets use Clean Colorbond® steel from BlueScope Steel or equivalent products with the same technical parameters from other steel manufacturers. The surface is coated with a special nano-reinforced polyester coating system, ensuring long-lasting beauty, and uses a substrate with a 20-year corrosion resistance guarantee.
2. Core Material Configuration:
High-quality hydrophobic rock wool, glass wool, EPS, and RMF that meet Glostar's technical specifications are used. The PU uses specialized raw materials from Huntsman, a leading polyurethane chemical company.
3. Adhesive Configuration:
Non-corrosive and environmentally friendly adhesives are used, which do not damage the facing or core materials.
